Terms and conditions for WUFFWEAR

These terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods at Info@WuffWearofficial.com for delivery in Denmark.

Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and MobilePay. The amount is only withdrawn when the item is shipped.

Delivery
Delivery time is usually 7–14 business days. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to cancel your order from the day you receive it. The item must be returned in unused condition.

Complaint
You have a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Contact us at Info@Wuffwearofficial.com in case of errors/defects.

Return
Returns are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. The return address is provided by email.

Refund
Once we have received and approved a returned item, the amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase.
The refund is usually made within 5-10 business days.
